    | There are those of uswho steadfastly hold to the premise
 you can't get too much
 of a good thing.
 With that in mind,
we spent one last morning together.

 |

    | We enjoyed brunch at Preemption House,
which is part of the Naper Settlement.
And, yes, we were eating ... again.
 But mostly we enjoyed being
 together one last time
 before going home.

 Things were comin' up sunshine
 inside & out
as seen in the sunny smiles of
 Karen Johnston Rubin
 & Bud Sanders.
 The delightful weather was holding
& we were immersed in making yet more
 wonderful memories with treasured friends.

 Carol Blankenhorn Field,
 Judy Kingery Strenk
 & Doug Hosler
 seem quite intent
 as they listen to one
 of their tablemates.

 Barb Davisson Foster
& Lee & Marylynn Shiffler Walters
 shared a table.
 The flowers came with us
 from the previous night's banquet.

That's Jim Fancher in the foreground,
Jean Woolley Kent & Jerriann Myers Wilson
 enjoying the conversation.
There were nearly 50 of us
 in attendance.

 Gloria Wolf Evans,
 Karen Johnston Rubin,
 Mel & Elaine Herrmann Brucher,
 Tom Yackley
 & June Cossmann Spensley
took some time for a photo op.
 Gloria & June
are co-chairs for the 50 year reunion.
Does 50 years sound nearly impossible
 to anyone else?

Naperville Mayor George Praedel always makes time
 to visit NCHS class reunions.
Here he is, at right, with Jon Ripsky
 & Carol Blankenhorn Field.

 for the great brunch
 served for us by
